How do I use these meal plans?

Each weekly meal plan includes 5 simple recipes, a printable grocery list, and a one-click Instacart shopping link. Simply browse the meals, grab your grocery list, and start cooking!

Are these meal plans family-friendly?

Yes! Most of the recipes are designed for busy families. Many include options for substitutions or modifications to fit different preferences.

Can I customize the meal plans?

Currently, the meal plans are pre-set, but you can mix and match recipes from different weeks! If you'd like a more customizable option, please email me at sarah@realfoodwithsarah.com -I'd love to explore that in the future.

How do I get the printable grocery list?

Each meal plan includes a "Print Grocery List" button. Click it to get a printable version for easy shopping. You can also use the Instacart link for a one-click online shopping experience.
