Real Food with Sarah is your go-to resource for quick and flavorful weeknight dinners, most ready in under 30 minutes. You'll find comfort foods made simple, cozy classics with a lighter twist, and family-friendly meals that even picky eaters will love. The recipes are globally inspired, from Italian favorites to Asian-style dishes, and include plenty of air fryer favorites and one-pan meals for less mess and more flavor.

From My Kitchen to Yours

Every recipe you'll find here is something I've cooked (and taste-tested) in my own kitchen. I use ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, and I write each recipe with clear, step-by-step instructions to make cooking feel less intimidating and more doable. If I can simplify a dish without losing the magic that makes it delicious, I absolutely will.

At the heart of this blog is real food. Recipes that are approachable, comforting, and nourishing. I don't believe in fussy techniques or hard-to-find ingredients. Just meals you can feel good about making and eating. Most of the recipes are flexible, too, so you can swap ingredients based on what's in your fridge or what your family loves.

My goal is to help you cook more at home without the stress, because I know what it's like to be short on time but still want something that tastes homemade.
