Sarah's Top Tips for the Week
- Double up on sides. Make a big batch of rice or roasted veggies early in the week to use across multiple meals.
- Marinate ahead. The Korean steak and hot honey chicken both benefit from prepping the night before—or even just 2–3 hours ahead.
- Use your Dutch oven twice. Cook the pot roast on Sunday and reheat for Tuesday lunch—or shred leftovers into a sandwich or tacos.
- Don’t babysit the risotto. My zucchini risotto skips the traditional stir-fest—just trust the process, and it’ll turn out creamy every time!
- Mix up the veggies. If you’re short on zucchini or bell peppers, swap with what you have—broccoli, mushrooms, or frozen stir-fry blends all work beautifully.
