I spent a good chunk of my childhood preparing and devouring mini pizzas. Mini pizzas were life back then. Nowadays pizza is life so this all makes sense!
I loved the idea of being able to create whatever I wanted and enjoying it all to myself. Kids love this recipe and the best part for you is it's a quick weeknight dinner.

🥘Ingredients and Substitutions
- Bagels- I like full-sized bagels but the best thing about this recipe is you can use gluten-free bagels, mini bagels, or any bagel you prefer. No bagel? No problem. English muffins, naan bread or tortillas would be yummy substitutions.
- Pizza Sauce- You can use whatever sauce you have on hand or use a pizza sauce. I also love using my leftover Italian Pasta Sauce or vodka sauce.
- Mini pepperonis- Top these little pizzas with your favorite toppings like pepperoni, sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese or mushrooms.

💭Recipe FAQs
Store pizza bagels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Or wrap tightly and store in the freezer for 3 months. The best way to reheat is to bake the bagels in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 3-4 minutes. If frozen, microwave for 3 minutes before baking.
While microwaving will cook the pizza bagels I don't recommend this method as you want a crispy bagel and bubbly golden cheese.
Cooking pizza bagels in the oven will take about 8-10 minutes.
