These Air Fryer Carrots are perfectly seasoned with chopped garlic and rosemary and roasted for the perfect side dish. They are golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.
Peel and cut the carrots into matchsticks and add them to a large bowl.
Dice or mince the garlic and add it to the bowl with the carrots.
Season with olive oil, salt, black pepper and rosemary. Mix to coat the carrots.
Add the carrots to the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes
Make sure you know how your air fryer works, it may take less or more time to cook the carrots depending on your air fryer model. I recommend checking the carrots around the 10-minute mark.
Don't overcrowd the air fryer. This will prevent the carrots from cooking evenly and properly.
Carrots are done when they are tender and easily pierced with a fork. Cooking time can vary depending on the size of the carrots.
The carrots will stay good in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-10 minutes.
Freeze leftover air fryer carrots in a freezer-safe container or bag for about 3 months. Defrost in the fridge before reheating.
