chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Add all of the ingredients, aside from chocolate chips to a large bowl and stir to combine. Next, fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the baking dish, spreading evenly and top with more chocolate chips, if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove brownies from the oven and sprinkle with flakey sea salt (optional).
Allow to cool completely before cutting. Cut into equal squares and enjoy!
