Crispy Panko Air Fryer Haddock (Easy Breaded Fish Recipe)
Crispy panko air fryer haddock is flaky inside, golden and crunchy outside, and ready in under 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, parsley, and tartar sauce for an easy weeknight fish dinner.
In a shallow bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. In another, whisk the eggs. Add panko breadcrumbs to a third bowl.
4 haddock fillets, ½ cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, 2 eggs, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Pat haddock fillets dry with paper towels. Dredge one fillet in the seasoned flour, then dip in egg, then press into panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Repeat with remaining fillets.
Arrange the fish in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil.

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish is golden and crisp on the outside and flakes easily with a fork.
Sprinkle with parsley, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and serve with tartar sauce, fries, or your favorite sides.

Notes
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if needed.
