Peel (optional) and dice the sweet potatoes into ½ inch pieces.
3 medium-sized sweet potatoes
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Add the potatoes to a large bowl and add the salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder and olive oil. Toss the potatoes to coat with the seasonings and oil.

Place the potatoes in a single layer of the air fryer (cook in batches if needed) and cook for 15-20 minutes until slightly browned on the outside and soft in the middle.
Serve as a side with your favorite meal.
Notes
Cut evenly into ½-inch cubes and cook in a single layer to avoid soggy potatoes.
Shake halfway and add 2–4 minutes if they’re tender but not browned yet.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–8 minutes to bring back the crisp.
