Ingredients

pound
Yukon gold potatoes
cut into wedges
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add the sliced potatoes, oil and spices. Toss all of the ingredients together until all of the potatoes are coated.
1 pound Yukon gold potatoes,
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
½ teaspoon paprika
Place in the air fryer basket or tray and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Serve with flakey salt and ketchup.

Preheat your air fryer for crispier edges and even browning.
Scrub potatoes well to remove dirt. Yukon golds have thin skins but still need a good rinse.
Check for doneness at 20 minutes. Timing varies by air fryer model and wedge thickness; some cook faster than others.
