Air Fryer Salmon Burgers with Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce
Fresh, juicy, and ready in 20 minutes! These Air Fryer Salmon Burgers are a vibrant, protein-packed meal featuring fresh Atlantic salmon, bright herbs, and a creamy lemon-dill yogurt sauce.
Remove the skin from the salmon (if necessary) and cut it into cubes. Add to a food processor with the remaining burger ingredients.
1 pound wild-caught salmon, 1 egg, ½ lemon, 2 tablespoons fresh dill, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper to taste
Pulse the mixture until it forms a paste.
Use your hands to form the mixture into 4 patties (add more breadcrumbs if the mix is too wet or more lemon juice if too dry).
Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and place the burgers onto the tray. Air fry at 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
While the burgers are cooking, make the yogurt sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh dill, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Remove the burgers from the air fryer and assemble. Place lettuce, tomato and a burger on each bun. Top with the yogurt sauce, serve and enjoy!

Notes
Use fresh salmon: Fresh, raw Atlantic or sockeye salmon gives the best texture and flavor. Canned or pre-cooked salmon won’t produce the same juicy burgers.
Prevent sticking: Lightly spray the air fryer basket before adding the patties so they release easily.
Cook evenly: Form patties the same size and cook them in a single layer so they brown evenly. Work in batches if needed.
