These Air Fryer Frozen Brussels Sprouts are destined to be your new weeknight go-to way to prep your veggies. They're crispy, seasoned to perfection, and just about as easy as it gets!
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the olive oil and spices.
Add to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
Notes
Remember all air fryers are made differently. When making any air fryer recipe, I'd recommend using the times in the recipe as a guide. Depending on your air fryer model, your Brussels sprouts may need additional cook time. You'll know they are ready when you can easily pierce them with a fork and the outsides are nice, golden, and crisp.
Avoid overfilling the basket. Adding in several layers of Brussels sprouts will cause them to steam instead of getting crispy. If you are hoping for the best, crispy sprouts, you must cook them in a single layer.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
I recommend reheating in the air fryer or oven at 350 degrees until warm for the best results. If you reheat in the microwave the sprouts may become soggy.
