This one-pot cheeseburger pasta is creamy, cheesy, and packed with classic cheeseburger flavor from ground beef, cheddar, and Worcestershire sauce. Everything cooks in one pot in about 35 minutes, making it the perfect easy and comforting weeknight dinner.

Salt & black pepper to taste
1teaspoonground mustard
½teaspoonpaprika
2tablespoonstomato paste
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
3cupsbeef broth
½cupheavy cream
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
¼-½cupdill pickleschopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add the onion and cook for a few minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in spices, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes to caramelize the tomato paste.

Add the pasta, beef broth, and cream. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
12 ounces short pasta of choice, 3 cups beef broth, ½ cup heavy cream
Turn off the heat, stir in the cheese until melted, and the sauce is smooth.
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Serve topped with chopped pickles and extra cheese, if desired.
