These easy baked turkey and spinach meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and ready in just 35 minutes. Made with ground turkey, Parmesan, fresh spinach, and grated onion, they bake up tender and moist every time for an easy weeknight dinner or meal prep option.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Use a box grater to grate the onion directly into the mixture. This adds extra moisture to the meatballs.
1.3 lbs ground turkey, 1 cup fresh spinach, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, Salt and pepper to taste, ½ yellow onion
Roll into 1 ½-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.
Bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with pasta or marinara.
