Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
8 ounces rotini or penne
In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat and sauté onion until soft (about 3–5 minutes). Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in the Buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and cream cheese.
