This Air Fryer Baby Back Ribs recipe is the quickest and easiest way to get juicy ribs on your table without using a grill. This delicious recipe results in the most tender ribs and will be a family favorite.
Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel and remove the membrane.
1 rack Baby Back Ribs
Mix all of the spices and brown sugar together in a bowl and season the ribs on all sides with the dry rub seasoning.
2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cut the rack into 4 equal portions. I recommend cooking the ribs in two batches for optimal results.
Place the rack meat side down in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
Brush the ribs with some of the bbq sauce and cook for another 2-5 minutes or until the ribs reach 190 degrees F.
½ cup barbecue sauce
Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Repeat with the remainder of the rib rack. Serve with additional barbecue sauce as desired.
Notes
Store your leftover ribs in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat the ribs in the air fryer for a few minutes or wrap them in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Add extra BBQ sauce for serving.
