Peel and cut the carrots and parsnips.  Cut them in half and once again lengthwise.

In a large bowl toss the carrots and parsnips with honey, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic and olive oil. Add to a sheet pan.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
