Double Chocolate Gluten-Free Brownies will be your new favorite dessert! They are fudgey and an easy one bowl recipe.

Ingredients 

  • ¾ cup gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Add all of the ingredients, aside from chocolate chips to a large bowl and stir to combine. Next, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish, spreading evenly and top with more chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove brownies from the oven and sprinkle with flakey sea salt (optional).
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting. Cut into equal squares and enjoy!
