Thanksgiving Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts are crispy and flavorful. Sweet and salty, this is the perfect side dish for any holiday or weeknight dinner!


Brussel Sprouts | Bacon Spices | Olive Oil Maple Syrup | Balsamic Vinegar

Place the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle themwith olive oil and sprinkle with spices.  Place bacon strips on lined baking sheet.

Put the sheet pans in the oven.  Remove the bacon from oven after 12 minutes. 

Lay the bacon on a paper towel lined plate to drain and cool.  Once the bacon has cooled, crumble it into pieces with your hands or kitchen shears.


Remove the brussels sprouts from the oven, add them to a bowl with the bacon pieces, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar  and mix to combine.
