One Pot Potatoes & Chicken Recipe

This Dutch oven whole chicken and potatoes is easy to make, juicy and super flavorful. It's made with simple ingredients for a delicious family meal.

Ingredients

Whole Chicken | Olive oil Lemon | Garlic Salt | Pepper Paprika | Thyme Rosemary | Onion Creamer potatoes | Chicken broth

Preheat the oven to 375. Remove the giblets and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a Dutch oven.

Season the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Stuff the cavity with onion and lemon and scatter onion around the chicken.

Scatter potatoes around the chicken & pour in chicken broth. Place on the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes per pound.
