Olive Oil Cake Recipe

This Oat Flour Honey and Olive Oil Cake is soft, fluffy and delicious. It's gluten-free, dairy-free and comes together in one bowl!

Oat flour | Baking soda Baking powder | Cinnamon Salt | Honey Olive oil | Vanilla Eggs

Ingredients

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes comes out clean.

Optional to top with a honey coconut frosting. Cut and enjoy!
