Oat Flour Pancakes Recipe

Oat Flour Pancakes are made with whole grain oats for a hearty and delicious breakfast. Top them with maple syrup and your favorite fruit for a great brunch at home.


Oat flour | Baking powder Cinnamon | Eggs Maple syrup | Milk


1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.  2. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.


3. Scoop pancake batter onto the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.  4. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with all of the batter.

Serve immediately with your favorite toppings and enjoy!


Add oats to a blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds until a flour forms.
