Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts are crispy and flavorful. Tossed with  bacon, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, this is the perfect side dish for any holiday or weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

Brussel Sprouts | Bacon Spices | Olive Oil Maple Syrup | Balsamic Vinegar

Kitchen Tools Needed

Cutting board Chef's Knife Sheet Pan Measuring spoons and cups: ¼ teaspoon, ½ teaspoon, 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon.

Flour Bowl

Place brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.  Place bacon strips on lined baking sheet.

Put both sheet pans in the oven.  Remove the bacon from oven after 12 minutes. 

Lay the bacon on a paper towel lined plate to drain and cool.  Once the bacon has cooled, crumble it into pieces with your hands or kitchen shears.

Remove brussels sprouts from the oven, add them to a bowl with the bacon pieces, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar  and mix to combine.

SERVE

Even if you're not the biggest fan of brussels sprouts, I think this recipe will make you enjoy them.
