Easy Lemon Cake (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour Baking powder & baking soda Salt Honey Yogurt Vanilla extract Eggs Coconut oil Lemon juice & lemon zest Powdered sugar

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and lemon zest

In another bowl, add in yogurt, lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, eggs and coconut oil

Beat everything together

Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix together until smooth

Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Pour lemon glaze over the cake, slice & enjoy!
