Turkey and Veggie Enchilada Recipe
Healthy Turkey Enchiladas are full of veggies and are the perfect family meal. Make them for dinner tonight or as meal prep for the week!
Turkey | Onion Peppers | Zucchini Garlic | Spices Enchilada Sauce | Tortillas Cheese
Begin by dicing the onion, peppers and zucchini to prep the dish and cook in a skillet for a few minutes.
Add the onion & brown for a few minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce and mix.
Roll the mixture in each tortilla. Place each tortilla into the baking dish seam side down
Top with more enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven
Let cool for a few minutes, serve and enjoy!
