The Best Healthy Chicken Burger Recipe

These Chicken Burgers are healthy, made with simple ingredients and are the perfect meal for the whole family. They are done in under 25 minutes!


Ground Chicken | Parsley Garlic | Paprika | Olive oil Dijon | Salt | Red onion Black pepper | Lemon juice

In a bowl combine the ground chicken, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, mustard and lemon juice. Use a box grater to finely grate the red onion over the bowl so all of the juice goes into the burger mix!


Form the patties using your hand and cook over medium-high heat in a cast-iron skillet for about 5 minutes per side. Add cheese about 1 minute before they are done cooking.


Serve the burgers warm on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and sliced red onion or your favorite toppings.
