Crispy Fish Taco Recipe

These Crispy Fish Tacos are made with panko-crusted white fish and colorful and flavorful mango salsa. This fish taco recipe can be made in the air fryer or the oven and is done in less than 30 minutes for a quick, healthy and easy meal everyone will love.

Ingredients

White fish | Flour Eggs | Panko breadcrumbs Paprika | Chili powder Cayenne pepper | Cumin Garlic | Salt & pepper

Mango Salsa Ingredients

Mango | Red onion Avocado | Cilantro Lime juice | Salt

Kitchen Tools Needed

Cutting board Chef's Knife Bowls Mixing utensil Baking sheet or air fryer Measuring spoons and cups: ¼ teaspoon, ½ teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, 1/4 cup, ½ cup and 1 cup.

Flour Bowl

Set up an assembly line. Dip each piece of fish in flour mixture, then egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs.

Prep

Air fry or bake the fish for about 10 minutes until it flakes easily.

Cook

Fill a tortilla with lettuce, fish and top with mango salsa. Serve with cilantro and lime wedges!
