Boneless, skinless chicken thighs Flour Onion & garlic powder Paprika Eggs Panko breadcrumbs Buffalo sauce Salt & pepper
Add flour to a bowl with spices & mix to combine. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add breadcrumbs to their own bowl.
Finally, dip the piece of chicken in the breadcrumbs & press down until it is fully coated. Transfer to a plate, repeat with the remaining chicken.
Cook in the air fryer or oven. Toss chicken in bowl with buffalo sauce & assemble the sandwiches by adding lettuce, tomato and chicken to the buns.
