Season the chicken.  Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Prepare the cranberry sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, balsamic vinegar and rosemary.
