Healthy Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

This Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffin recipe is perfect for breakfast! Made with mashed bananas, oats and sweetened with maple syrup these muffins will be a hit with the entire family.

Ingredients

Ripe bananas | Flour Baking powder | Salt Coconut oil | Eggs Cinnamon | Maple syrup Oats | Chocolate chips

Kitchen Tools Needed

Muffin tin Muffin liners Cooking spray Large mixing bowl Measuring cups and spoons needed: 1 teaspoon, ½ teaspoon, 1 cup, ¼ cup and ½ cup. Mixing utensil- whisk or spatula

Flour Bowl

Preheat the oven & grease a muffin tin or line the cups with muffin liners.  Mash 2 ripe bananas.

Prep

Add everything to a bowl and mix to combine. Fold in oats and chocolate chips.

Mix

Fill the muffin tin with the batter, filling each cup about 3/4 way. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
