Stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe

Air Fryer

Air Fryer Stuffed Bell Peppers are healthy, flavorful and easy to make. They are filled with a Cuban-style picadillo and make a great weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Bell peppers | Olive oil Onion | Garlic Ground pork | Tomato sauce Salt & pepper | Paprika Chili powder | Cayenne pepper Cumin | Turmeric Green olives | Rice Cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed

Cutting board Chef's Knife Air Fryer Dutch oven or large pot Measuring spoons and cups: 1 tablespoon, ½ teaspoon, ¼ teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, ¼ cup, ½ cup and 1 cup.

Flour Bowl

Pre-cook the peppers in the air fryer for about 5 minutes.

Prep

Begin by cooking the onions, add the spices and finally the rice. Allow everything to simmer.

Cook the filling

Add the cooked filling to the bell pepper halves and top with cheese. Air fry until cheese is bubbly and serve.
