Air Fryer Salmon Burgers with Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce

Air Fryer Salmon Burgers are made with fresh salmon and topped with a lemon-dill Greek yogurt sauce. They are a great way to switch up burger nights and are perfect for the entire family!

This recipe is super flavorful but it's truly a simple recipe that is ready in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

– Wild-caught Salmon – Egg – Lemon – Dill – Parsley

Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into cubes. Add the salmon, along with the egg, yogurt, lemon juice, and remaining ingredients to a food processor.

1

Pulse the mixture until it forms a paste. Use your hands to form the mixture into 4 patties (add more breadcrumbs if the mix is too wet or more lemon juice if too dry).

2

Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and place the burgers on the tray. Air fry at 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

3

While the burgers are cooking, make the yogurt sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

4

Remove the burgers from the air fryer and assemble. Place lettuce, tomato, and a burger on each bun. Top with the yogurt sauce, serve, and enjoy!
