Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes Recipe

These Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes are healthy and easy to make. They are the perfect side dish to accompany any meal!

I kept this recipe super simple but it is so easy to customize to your liking by adding different herbs and spices.

INGREDIENTS

– Russet Potatoes – Olive Oil – Salt – Black Pepper – Herbs of Choice

Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into ⅛-1/4 inch slices.

Place two chopsticks on a cutting board and place a potato on top and slice. The chopsticks will prevent you from cutting through the potato.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the oil or butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and herbs.

Brush the mixture over the potatoes and in between the slices. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 30–40 minutes until tender and golden.

Let cool for a few minutes and serve. Check the potatoes at 20 minutes and brush with more olive oil if needed.
