Ingredients and Substitutions
- Bagels. I like full-sized bagels but the best thing about this recipe is you can use gluten-free bagels, mini bagels, or any bagel you prefer. No bagel? No problem. English muffins, naan bread or tortillas would be yummy substitutions.
- Pizza Sauce. Use any sauce you have at home or use a pizza sauce. I also love using leftover Italian Pasta Sauce or vodka sauce.
- Mini pepperonis. Top these little pizzas with your favorite toppings like pepperoni, sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, or mushrooms.
See the recipe card below for the remaining ingredients and quantities.
