Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos

Quick and simple chili lime shrimp tacos. This easy recipe packs a punch and comes together in 20 minutes for the perfect weeknight meal!

Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos

I’m on a taco kick lately and tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo so the timing is perfect. I love tacos because it’s so easy to switch up the flavors and ingredients for what you’re feeling in the moment. All you have to cook in this recipe is the shrimp, everything else just requires very minimal prep.

Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos

For this recipe, I used wild caught Gulf shrimp but a white fish would also be amazing in these chili lime tacos. Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning is my fav seasoning at the moment, it’s perfect on shrimp, fish and chicken. I love it on salmon. If you don’t have this seasoning you can use cayenne and chili powder instead (measurements below in full recipe).

I used street taco sized corn tortillas but you can use regular sized or flour tortillas if that’s what you like. You can also make homemade tortillas, I used this recipe for my Korean Steak Tacos.
